i saw this on the news last night.
imagine having that conversation with patients' relatives.
"um yeah, this is gonna sound kinda weird, but we got this cat.....and, um, your meemaw will be dead within four hours so you might want to get over here".
"i'm sorry, did you say a cat? what does that have to do with my grandmother?"
"i know it's strange, but the cat thinks she's going to die and he's always right."

"did you get a second opinion from a fucking hamster?"

of course then the patient dies and they feel bad, but can you blame them for not trusting oscar the grim reaper?
my mom has cats and the only thing they're good at is pissing all over things when they're mad.
