keaton had a solo part in his 1st grade musical last night. he actually volunteered and auditioned for it a few months ago. when i was his age i would not have done something similar in a million years, as i didn't come out of my painfully shy shell until around 12 or 13 years old.
anyway, we rented him a costume and damned if he didn't step to the mic and belt it out to the back of the auditorium.
we're super proud of him.
apologies for the shaky video. i was fighting for position with the other parents in the back and using a tiny flip video, which is hard to hold still. also, i think the extreme zoom i was using caused the scrambling of the picture at times.
